what is the scenario dossier made of
Each volume is printed on 120gsm FSC-certified uncoated paper using vegetable inks. The spine is bound with singer-sewn cotton thread, allowing it to lie completely flat. A protective unbleached cardboard slipcase shields the corners.
how to clean and store the folios
Keep the folio in its protective cardboard sleeve when not in use on a dry bookshelf. Spills should be blotted immediately with a clean dry cotton cloth. Do not use chemical sprays or wet sponges on uncoated paper.
how to order and pay by bank transfer
You may select direct bank transfer during checkout or choose cash on delivery. For cash orders, hand the exact total to the courier when your parcel arrives. We process orders placed before 11:00 on the same business day.
delivery to a flat without a lift
Our courier delivers parcels directly to your apartment entrance door even if your building lacks a lift. If you are not present, the driver will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. A signature or cash handover is required upon receipt.
how the refund is paid out
Refunds for unused and sealed folios returned within thirty days are sent directly to your bank account via transfer. Once our Glasgow team inspects the returned parcel, the payment is dispatched within five working days. We do not provide cash refunds through the post.
